Things to Know Before You Book

To keep our process smooth, affordable, and 100% stress-free, please review our essential service policies before completing your order.

Strict Two-Week Notice Required: Because we meticulously plan, custom-source inventory, and pre-build every single element by hand in our studio, all orders must be submitted and paid in full at least two weeks (14 days) prior to your event date. We cannot accommodate last-minute bookings.

Delivery, Setup, & No-Contact Logistics

Porchside Delivery (Standard): We deliver fully inflated balloon arches and pre-assembled structures straight to your porch or designated exterior drop zone via our enclosed trailer. All accompanying tablescapes, signs, and accents arrive inside clearly labeled boxes or other packages alongside a visual floor-plan blueprint and easy-to-follow diagrams.
Moving the Arch: Our custom backdrop arches are designed to fit seamlessly through a standard residential doorway. Because they are fully pre-built and bulky, they require at least two people to lift and carry inside safely.
White-Glove Inside Placement (Add-On Fee): If you prefer not to lift or arrange anything yourself, you can upgrade to our White-Glove Service at checkout. Provide us with your venue or Airbnb door access code, and our crew will bring the arch inside, set the tables, and place every decor element perfectly while you are out.

Our Styling, Florals, & Decor Inclusions

100% Pre-Assembled Behind the Scenes: Everything is built, inflated, and prepped ahead of time at our private studio. Your balloons are blown and secured, and your centerpieces are completely styled. All you have to do is position your tables, lay out your tablecloths/runners, slide the arch into place, and arrange the labeled centerpieces according to your custom blueprint images.
Faux Florals Only: To keep your packages cost-effective and durable against the Texas weather, we work exclusively with high-quality, elegant silk and faux florals. We do not source or provide real flowers or live plants.
Sourced-by-You Florals: If you wish to use real fresh flowers, you can source your own bouquets or arrangements separately. We will happily design and pre-assemble all of your backdrops, containers, and table settings so your fresh flowers can easily be popped into place upon delivery and accomodate you with other additional decor in place of the flowers.
Damage-Free Wall Hangings: Any wall decor or hanging pieces in your box will include specialized, heavy-duty removable sticky dots or other damage free fastenings. These are incredibly easy to place and peel away cleanly without causing damage to the majority of surfaces.

Food, Treats, & Alcohol Policies

Sourced & Sealed Inclusions: All food items, sweets, and pastries included in our specialty boxes are purchased directly from commercial grocery retailers or licensed local Fredericksburg bakeries and businesses, depending on the treats you request.
No Alcohol Provided: Under Texas state law, we cannot purchase, sell, or supply alcohol. However, we can provide all accompanying drinking accessories, matching koozies, themed garnishes, fresh fruits, mixers, juices, and custom carafes for your bar setups.

The "Keep It or Leave It" Cleanup Rules

Free Next-Day Mess Pickup: If you don't want to deal with hauling materials away, you don't have to pack things up neatly. Simply throw all the original decor materials, unpopped balloons, and structural frames into a messy, tangled pile in the exact spot we originally dropped them off (or directly nearby on the porch/patio), and we will roll by the next day to scoop it up for free if you choose that option.
Strict Waste Rules: The pile must only contain our original decor materials. Absolutely no food waste, leftover drinks, plates with syrup, sticky trash, or other gross garbage can be left in the pile.
Same-Day Evening Pickup: Some Same-day curbside retrieval is only available for morning events, provided your decor pile is ready in your drop-off zone by 6:00 PM sharp. If you need same day cleanup, it must be prearranged.

Liability & Safety

Client Responsibility Post-Drop: While everything is built to be extremely secure and completely transportable, Crystal Gomez is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that occur once the items are safely dropped off on your porch. Safe handling, indoor lifting, and positioning of the pre-built decor are the sole responsibility of the client.
