Things to Know Before You Book!

I’m so excited to help bring your dream party to life! To make sure everything goes off without a hitch and stays super chill and budget-friendly, please take a quick peek at my booking policies so we're all on the same page for your big day.

Booking & Planning Process

• The First Step: It all begins when you fill out my online contact form with your event details, desired theme, and favorite color choices.

• Custom Mockups & Quotes: Once I receive your form, I will get back to you within 48 hours with a customized rate quote and a few digital mockup suggestions. We will look over your arches, tables, and accessory displays together, and I offer unlimited mockup revisions until your layout is absolutely perfect!

• Two-Week Notice: Because I custom-source your materials and hand-build your custom layout ahead of time in my private studio, all bookings must be finalized and paid in full at least two weeks (14 days) before your event date.

Delivery, Rentals, & Setup Options

• Flexible Delivery Choices: On the big day, my crew and I arrive in our enclosed trailer to set things up just how you like—whether that means an easy outdoor drop-off or carrying everything inside to arrange it beautifully for you.

• Gillespie County Perks: Delivery is totally free for any venue or property right here in Gillespie County. If your celebration is elsewhere in the gorgeous Texas Hill Country, just note it on your form and I'll include a custom delivery quote for you!

• Our Rental Agreement: Most of our gorgeous display pieces are rentals that stay the property of Fredericksburg Decor. Minor wear-and-tear or small detached pieces from hand-built items are totally okay—we only worry if something is completely lost or destroyed!

Decor, Florals, & Food Policies

• Premium Faux Florals: To keep your package affordable and weather-proof against the Texas climate, I use high-end faux florals. You're always welcome to source your own real flowers separately, and I’ll happily prep the backdrops so your florist's fresh blooms pop right into place.

• Food & Drinks: Treats are sourced from licensed local bakeries or commercial retailers. While I can't supply alcohol under Texas law, I'm happy to bring all the carafes, mixers, and accessories for your bar setup.

• Hassle-Free Pickup: No stress over cleanup! We can come back later after the event ends and retreive our items. A lot of times if you're at a B&B I'll let you keep things for a few days so you can have plenty of photo ops and we can come swoop in later while y'all are out enjoying beautiful Fredericksburg so y'all never have to deal with things. We can also arrange to leave tubs that you can messily pile things in if you have your own cleanup crew. Just leave non-disposable rentals in the agreed drop-off zone, and I'll swing by the next day to haul it all away for free (just please keep trash separate from our decor!). Arrangements can be made for same day venue cleanup as well!

• Liability & Rental Care Agreement: While all decor pieces are safely crafted and secured, Crystal Gomez is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that occur once the items are safely delivered and set up. Safe handling during your event is the responsibility of the client. By finalizing your booking, you agree that all non-disposable rental items remain the property of Crystal Gomez and must be returned to us at our arranged pickup time. While minor wear-and-tear from hand-built items is completely understood, clients agree to return all items undamaged and are responsible for the replacement cost of any unrecoverable, lost, or majorly destroyed pieces.
